In the morning the wind at south west. Blowing verie hard with some hail showers until it was 8 of the clock, then it did begin to raine verie fast until it was noone.
In the after noon, a great storm of wind at south, not the like this year, with verie much Rain which continued until night. The wind [was] so fierce that it did blow off one quarter part of the boards from our upper house.
This Rain hath consumed very much the snow and ice in most places. The Raine ceased about 5 of the clock at night and so it cleared up. This night was a little frost but to no purpose.
