In the morning the wind at west south west, much wind, and so [it] continued all day, thawing verie little until noon. Then, after noon, the sun shining some times verie pleasant.
This day came 4 or 5 of our men [that were] at Salmon Cove which had been sick there. [They] came unto our surgeon here.
This night it did freeze something but not much.
