In the morning the wind at south west, little wind, but, aboute 11 of the clock, a reasonable fresh gale of wind. The sun shining verie warme until it was 3 of the clock in the after noon, then it was verie close weather making show of Raine or snowe.
[And] so, about 11 or 12 of the clock in the night, ther did arise a great storm with the wind at south west, with much snowe and rayne among, which continued until morning. The night being something myld though [with] foul weather.
