In the morning the wind at northeast, not much wind but close weather. All the day myld weather, thawing verie much from the morninge until night but it continued snowing most part of the day. ...[From] about 4 of the clock in the after noon, ... the wind [was] at north west, verie much wind, and so it continued all night, Freezing hard but it did cease from snowing.
