In the morning the wind at South weste, little wind but close weather until 9 of the clock, then, afterward, verie faire sun Shining all the day until night which desolved all the snow from the houses, being some 2 inches thick, which had fallen the night before. Milder weather could not be desired. Towards night the aire was a little cold and freezing but all the night little wind but verie close sky and verie mild all night.
