In the morning the winde at west with much wind and shower of Raine until it was 9 of the clock. Then it Cleared up and some sun shining. After dinner, verie faire weather [the] sun shining until night. Freezing hard towards night with much winde at west north west. All the night Freezing verie hard and extreme [by] which our Fresh water lake by the Fort was frozen over and the little pond by the brew house.
