In the morning the wind at south, little wind. The sun shining all the day very pleasant.
This morning [there] came from Harbour de Grace 2 Biscayers with one master Lukham, master of the Great Portion of Plymouth, who would have put the Frenchmen out of their places but we went, by the Frenchmen's request, ... [to] Harbour de Grace and set all matters in good order.
This after noon the wind at northwest with some showers of rain. This night [was] something cold with a touch of frost.
