In the morning the wind at east and east south east until night. The sun shining very pleasant and warm all the day.  
This morning the little pond between the house and the brew house [was] all creamed over [with] Ice and all the harbour over here where the ships anchor. 
About 4 of the clock the wind came at west. This night some frost.
