In the morning the wind at east. All day until night, very much wind. About 2 of the clock it did begin to snow verie fast and so it continued until night.
This morning died one of our company called Matthew Greeges, a turner, and was buried in the after noon. [He was] a hired man for wages.
This night snowing and hail showers all the night and freezing also - very foul weather.
