In the morning the wind at North west, much wind, freezing very hard and extreme cold but the sun shining her self often in the forenoon and likewise in the after noon but the wind still at north west. This day a great storm of wind.

This day was buried one of our company called George Davies, a cooper, who died the last night. Freezing very hard all this night until it was day.
