In the morninge the winde at north weste. Much winde and close weather until it was 8 of the clock, then, afterward, very faire sune shining until night. About 2 of the clock ... a little snow did fall, about 4 of the clock it did begin to Freeze hard, and so it continued all the night until day, the wind still at North west.
