Description:
This Recent Indian biface (probably a spearpoint) was the first Indian artifact found on Dildo Island. It was found by William Gilbert among the roots of a fallen tree in Area C in June 1995.

Description:
Patinated chert harpoon endblade with serrated edge and polished surface. This end blade from House 2 on Dildo Island is typical of the Dorset end blades found in this part of Trinity Bay. The blade would have been fitted into a bone toggle which, in turn, would have been fastened to a wooden shaft.
